Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Umadle at umadle.org. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Umadle.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by applicable law, to use account features. If you are not legally able to agree to these terms, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.

The service

Umadle provides free daily guessing games, optional account synchronization, profiles, leaderboards, XP, streaks, and awards. Features, puzzles, scoring, availability, and supported login providers may change over time.

Fan-made project

Umadle is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Cygames, Inc., Uma Musume Pretty Derby, Google, or Discord. Names, characters, images, audio, trademarks, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners.

Accounts

Accounts are optional. You are responsible for access to the Google or Discord account used to sign in and for activity under your Umadle session. You must provide accurate profile information and must not impersonate another person or organization.

Profiles and user content

You retain ownership of profile text, social links, and images you submit. You grant Umadle a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, resize, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate public profiles, leaderboards, and related service features.

You must have the right to submit your content. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, privacy-invasive, or malicious material.

Fair play and acceptable use

You may not:

• Manipulate scores, results, XP, streaks, rankings, or awards.
• Use bots, scripts, automated requests, exploits, or multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage or disrupt the service.
• Probe, bypass, or interfere with authentication, rate limits, security controls, or infrastructure.
• Scrape personal information, distribute malware, or use Umadle for unlawful activity.

Enforcement and termination

We may remove content, invalidate results, restrict access, or suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, threaten the service, or harm other users. You may stop using Umadle at any time and may delete your account from your profile.

Third-party services and links

Umadle may link to or rely on third-party services, including Google, Discord, Cloudflare, analytics providers, and user-submitted social links. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies, and Umadle is not responsible for third-party content or availability.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Umadle without prior notice. We do not guarantee that the service, daily puzzles, account data, rankings, or user content will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Disclaimer

Umadle is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Use of the service is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Umadle and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, profits, or access arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after updated terms are published means you accept the revised terms.
